Processing & Production Time

Every TRADICION product is made to order and printed with care. Our fulfillment team in Detroit, MI, works hard to get 95% of orders out the door within 3 business days. Shipping time is in addition to production and is shown at checkout.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, but hope to in the future.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, and OSM from Detroit, MI.

Economy (Standard) — 2–6 business days after production. Most affordable option. PO Boxes accepted. Transit times not guaranteed during the holiday season.

UPS Ground — 1–6 business days after production, depending on distance from Detroit, MI. No PO Boxes.

2-Day Shipping (UPS) — 2 business days after production. Monday–Friday only. No PO Boxes.

Overnight Shipping (UPS) — Next business day after production. Monday–Friday only. No PO Boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Wrong Address

If your address is undeliverable, the shipment may be returned to our fulfillment facility. You'll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Contact us at info@tradicion.co.
