What is TRADICION?
TRADICION is a Mexican American heritage brand born in Santa Barbara, CA. We make apparel and accessories for everyone who carries pride in their Mexican roots — from the first generation to the fourth, and every zip code in between. We are the Mexican American FUBU — made by us, for all who carry our heritage.

Who is TRADICION for?
Anyone who feels the pull of Mexican heritage. The Mexicanos, the Chicanos, the Mexican Americans, the ones who grew up con tortillas hechas a mano, and the ones who found their way back to the culture as adults. Every generation is represented here.

Orders & Products

How are your products made?
Every TRADICION product is made to order using DIGISOFT® print-on-demand technology — one of the highest quality printing methods available. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is printed fresh specifically for you.

Do you carry inventory or is everything made to order?
Everything is made to order. This means there's no excess waste, and every piece is printed with intention. Our fulfillment team gets 95% of orders out the door within 3 business days.

How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a sizing chart specific to that garment. We carry a wide range — from XS to 5XL depending on the product. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I order custom or personalized designs?
At this time, we offer our curated TRADICION designs only. Follow us on Instagram @elevatemexicanheritage or TikTok @elevatingmexicanheritage for new design announcements.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Our fulfillment team gets 95% of orders out the door within 3 business days. Economy shipping typically takes 2–6 business days within the contiguous US after that. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Can you ship to a PO Box?
Economy shipping can be delivered to a PO Box. UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight cannot.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the sizing chart on each product page carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or with the wrong item?
We've got you. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at info@tradicion.co within 4 weeks of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — on us.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you're unsure about sizing, please check the sizing chart on the product page or reach out before ordering.
